FAQ
Q. Will the Dagger™
Micro take Glock magazines?
A.
PSA founder Jamin McCallum said, "The micro
dagger magazine is ours and holds 15rds, it will work in a Glock 43x and a
Glock 43x mag will work in a micro dagger".
Q.
What material is the Dagger™ Micro magazine made from?
A.
PSA founder Jamin McCallum said, "It is a
patented design and very different it is polymer and stamped".
A. The Dagger™ Micro
magazine is steel and over-molded with polymer (from top to bottom including in
the area of the magazine release notch).
Q.
When will the Dagger™ Micro magazine be available?
A. PSA
founder Jamin McCallum said, "They will be
available in the second half of April".
A. On December 9, 2022, PSA announced the Dagger™ Micro magazine would drop “around SHOT Show”.
Q.
Is the overall length of the Micro Dagger™ magazine the same as an OEM Glock
G43X magazine?
A.
PSA founder Jamin McCallum said, "Yes".
Q.
Will an OEM Glock G43X need a new magazine release in order to use a Dagger™ Micro
magazine?
A.
PSA founder Jamin McCallum said, "It will not needs [sic] new mag release, the portion that engages the
mag release is polymer".
Q.
Does the Dagger™ Micro magazine resolve the problem with a Shield Arms S15
magazine in an OEM Glock G43X in which the thinner magazine wall places the
"case head farther back then (sic) the thicker polymer" resulting in
a jam in using the slide release?
A.
PSA founder Jamin McCallum said, "Yes, the mag
is a totally different design that I had never seen before. Some of our guys
really outdid themselves. You will like it. At first I
asked them “why would you do that”, then they explained the above what you
mentioned. We are only able to do this because of some really brilliant team
members."
Q.
Is the Dagger™ Micro compatible with OEM Glock parts?
A.
Stephen Williams, PSA Pistol Operations Manager said, "to answer these
questions as best as I can without giving too much away, we are working to make
sure that we have cross compatibility with as many parts as possible. We had to
work around a few patents, but we are making sure that most items will be drop
in capable."
Q.
Will the Dagger™ Micro magazine release and slide stop lever be ambidextrous?
A.
Stephen Williams, PSA Pistol Operations Manager had originally said,
"micro is bilateral". This was taken to mean both the magazine
release and slide stop lever will be ambidextrous. Stephen later edited this to
read, "mag release is bilateral". It's assumed the slide stop lever
is not ambidextrous. This is consistent with an OEM Glock
G43X.
Q.
The Dagger™ Micro has been pictured (below from SHOT Show 2022) with a Holosun HS407K X2 and Trijicon RMRcc. Can we assume the Dagger™ Micro will be offered with
both the Holosun HS407K/HS507K and Trijicon RMRcc footprints?
A.
Stephen Williams, PSA Pistol Operations Manager said, "yes. Both will be
offered."
Q.
The Holosun HS407K/HS507K and Trijicon
RMRcc footprints are both variations (each with their
own slight differences) on the Shield footprint. Will the Dagger™ Micro Holosun HS407K/HS507K and Trijicon
RMRcc footprints be unique? Or will the Holosun HS407K/HS507K and Trijicon
RMRcc share a common Dagger™ Micro footprint?
A.
TBD
Q.
PSA founder Jamin McCallum has said the Dagger™ Compact
will be offered with a modular optic system (with adapter plates) in a
"few months" (from January 2022). Will the Dagger™ Micro also be
offered with a modular optic system?
A.
TBD
Q.
Will the Dagger™ Micro work with holsters that are compatible with an OEM Glock
G43X?
A.

Q.
How much will the Dagger™ Micro cost?
A.
Base Model: $299.99 MSRP

Optic-Ready Dagger™ Micro only be milled rear iron sight forward? Or will the

There's tremendous interest in the community in
a 10-round version of the Dagger™ Micro. The 10-round Dagger™ Micro frame would
be the same height as an OEM Glock G43 frame while maintaining the thickness of
a 15-round Dagger™ Micro / OEM Glock G43X frame.
For kicks, we made a crude mock-up of a 10-round
Dagger™ Micro ...
